A 50% deposit is due on the day of booking. The remainder of the balance will be due the day of the event.
A credit card must be provided to hold the date and time of the event
Any no-shows on the appointment date will be charged the full price of services scheduled.
Any changes to the schedule must be received 14 days prior to appointment
Any member showing up late for their scheduled service will receive a shortened service to keep the staff on schedule, and the full price of service will be charged.
If a wedding party is more than 15 minutes late, they will be charged with a $50 late fee. Any wedding party arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show. This will result in the client forfeiting all deposits and your credit card will be charged 100% of the total services.
No dates will be guaranteed without a signed contract and copy of credit card returned to the salon
Cancellations:
Cancellations require a two week (14 days) notice prior to the service date. Cancellations not made with at least a 14 days notice will be charged a cancellation fee to the credit card associated with this contract, as follows: an 8-13 days notice will be charged 50% of the total; a 1-7 days notice will be charged 100% of the total.
*Cancellations due to emergencies are considered on a case by case basis per the salon management’s discretion.
